The coffee cherries are processed dry in Sana’a, yielding beans that reflect the meticulous care and traditional methods of Yemeni coffee production. This process ensures a unique and high-quality product representative of the region’s rich coffee culture.

In the heart of Yemen, farmer Murtaza Ali Munasser Jermah masterfully tends to his Red Haraaz coffee crops. Using traditional methods, each bean is sun-dried, reflecting the region’s rich taste. Discover a cup of coffee that honors authenticity and sustainable practices.
